I am careful about my physical health - giving my body good food and exercise. I will also be careful about my spiritual health, giving it the proper dosage of the Word of God.

SLEEP & REST

Sleep and rest is very important for a healthy life. When my sleep is interrupted by fear or dread, I do not feel my best. But God has promised that my sleep would be sweet.
