Hitting - Finish with Balance
You are not balanced when you finish your swing. Balance is the key ingredient in hitting. Make sure you are spread twice shoulders width in your stance, with knees and ankles flexed and your waist slightly bent towards home plate. On your finish, you should be able to hold your balance; your back foot should be pivoted and the front leg should be firm with the front foot closed.
